A Shopify agency built by a developer who decided to stop doing everything and go all-in on the platform that matters most for e-commerce.
The Short Version
Lading & Launch exists because most Shopify merchants are stuck between two bad options. They can hire a generalist web agency that treats Shopify as one of twenty platforms they "support" — or they can hire a freelancer and hope for the best. We wanted to build the third option: a focused Shopify partner with real development depth and pricing you can see before you pick up the phone.
We only work with Shopify. Not WordPress, not Wix, not Squarespace. Every project, every line of code, every optimization runs through the same platform. That kind of focus means we know Shopify inside and out — from Liquid templating to Shopify Plus customization to the edge cases of the checkout API that most developers haven't encountered yet.
We also build Shopify apps. DealSnap and Scratch & Win are in development right now because we kept seeing the same problems across merchant stores — limited discount flexibility and email capture tools that annoy visitors more than they convert them. Building apps isn't a side project for us. It's proof that we understand Shopify at a product level, not just an implementation level.
We're a new agency — and we're not going to pretend otherwise. We don't have 200 case studies or a wall of logos. What we do have is deep Shopify expertise, transparent pricing, and a commitment to doing excellent work for every client. Especially the first ones.

Our prices are published. You can see what a store build, optimization, or migration costs before you ever talk to us. No discovery call required just to find out if you can afford it.

We Build Tools, Not Just Stores
